OVERVIEW
The Problem:
Proposing new production equipment to management requires more than a spec sheet. An inkjet rail marking system is straightforward to an engineer but hard to evaluate in a meeting room without seeing it in motion.
The Solution:
Working from the rail geometry provided by the client, I modeled the full marking station from scratch: conveyor rollers, gantry structure, and inkjet marking head. The animation shows the rail feeding through the conveyor system while the marking head travels along it, applying identification marks in sequence. Built to communicate the concept clearly to a non-engineering audience.
The Result:
A visualization the engineering team could use to present their equipment proposal to management, showing exactly how the system would operate on the production floor before any hardware was purchased.
