OVERVIEW
The Problem:
Industrial equipment manufacturers often need to explain what's inside their products to buyers, distributors, and technical teams who weren't involved in the design process. Physical cutaways are expensive to produce and impossible to ship to every sales meeting. A well-executed technical animation removes that barrier entirely.
The Solution:
Starting from a complete 3D model of an AC induction motor, every internal component was isolated and sequenced into a full exploded view animation. The camera guides the viewer through the junction box, stator windings, rotor assembly, bearings, and TEFC cooling fan, with motion graphics callouts highlighting key specifications at each stage. Particle effects and synchronized sound design reinforce the technical character of each component.
The Result:
A loopable, production-ready asset that works equally well on a trade show display, a product landing page, or a sales presentation, with no physical prototype required.
